Il prezzo totale include anche gli extra obbligatori (normalmente un pacchetto che comprende la pulizia finale, la biancheria e altri accessori). A questo prezzo puoi aggiungere gli extra opzionali per personalizzare la tua vacanza. Gasolio, cibo (anche per l'equipaggio) e spese portuali sono sempre a carico del cliente.

Il prezzo settimanale dello skipper è normalmente indicato tra gli extra, se non lo fosse la società armatrice può metterti in contatto con uno skipper freelance, chiedici un preventivo per avere il prezzo esatto. Le sue mansioni includono la conduzione della barca, la pianificazione dell'itinerario e la pulizia della coperta quando la barca fa sosta in marina. Lo skipper non si occupa di cucinare ne di rassettare gli interni della barca.
